イングランドの国民的サッカー選手だったGazza（Paul Gascoigne：ポール・ガスコイン:37歳）が、Bananarama（バナナラマ）のSara Dallin（サラ・ダーリン:43歳）と交際しているという。

Sunday MirrorによるとGazzaはSaraに夢中になり、ある夜2人で外出した際、彼女を抱きしめたりキスしたりしているところを目撃されたという。
2人の友人はSunday Mirrorに"Whenever they are together they seem so happy. He really relaxes whenever he is with her. It's as if there is a huge weight off his shoulders.（2人はとても幸せそうです。彼は彼女といる時はいつもリラックスして見えます。まるで彼の肩にのしかかっていた重荷を下ろしたかのようです。）""At the moment things are very low-key and relaxed between them.
